Broke down on the turnpike in 100 degree weather… they had my car picked up and towed to my mechanic within an hour.. very nice and professional - never had to use a tow service before and scared about the cost but they were very reasonable and really appreciate the efficiency of the whole process . I hope to never have to use them again but will definitely be the ones I call if I do !

I have AAA emergency roadside assistance and most of the time I hesitate to even call because I almost always have issues with them, several times I've waited HOURS past the ETA and then sometimes noone shows up at all. However the last 3 times I've had to call, I've been in Claremore and theyve sent Dunlap to my rescue and every single time they have exceeded my expectations. The first 2 times they sent the same driver so out of the 3 calls I've worked with 2 different people and they both were absolutely fantastic, they were extremely friendly and professional. They both knew exactly what they were doing and were very quick. They immediately contacted me to reassure me that they were coming to help and they actually got to me surprisingly fast which is even better because I had a very impatient 2 year old with me and it was very cold out. They have restored my faith in AAA, I don't know the names of the two men that came but I wish I did because I think they deserve recognition for sure. I also want to note that all the calls were made during an extremely busy time for them because of the snow and time of day so I honestly expected to be waiting forever but it's obvious that they knew exactly how to multitask and prioritize because one time even showed up to start my car with a wrecked vehicle already on their truck and it took him not even 5 minutes to stop by and start me so I very much appreciated that he was smart enough to know it would be easy to go ahead and get me out of the way instead of waiting until after he was finished dropping off the other car then having to backtrack just for something that would take 5 minutes.

These guys are absolutely amazing, Ive spoken to them on the phone several times over the years helping our clients get their cars that’s been impounded, and they have always been very helpful and courteous…. but this morning I needed help, and my anxiety was at my ball joint broke on my way to work, my tire went flying and I was at a dead stop boxed in, in a construction zone area, I was super shaken up because of what I had just experienced, and when I called them the guy was so calm on the phone, it helped calm me down, the guy (I can’t recall his name) that came to my rescue was to me in 15-20 mins, he was so polite and very reassuring, and was really careful with my truck, he treated it as if it was his own, he very professional, and he got it delivered to my home for me. Shout out thank you for being there for me during my emergency, you are appreciated more than u know!

I was traveling from Vegas to Detroit towing a 1928 Model A on a trailer, both I purchased the day before.

One of the trailer tires exploded and upon going to change it, the lug wrench was the wrong size. It's dark, I'm 1000 miles from home, and stuck on the turnpike and no one is stopping.

Called the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for referrals. My wife and I called the 5 places we were given, Dunlap was the last one and the ONLY ONE willing to help.

The driver was there fast, we swapped the tire and I was back on the road in minutes at what I consider way to cheap of a price.
